By accessing goodfiber.org or submitting a service request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GoodFiber is a fiber internet brokerage service. We connect customers with internet service providers including AT&T, T-Mobile, and regional ISPs. We do not directly provide internet service. Availability, pricing, and terms are determined by the service provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to request service. You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid government-issued photo ID.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and submitting our form, or by texting (989) 342-3765, you consent to receive SMS messages from GoodFiber regarding your service inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when submitting a service request. Providing false information, including fraudulent identification, may result in denial of service and may be subject to legal penalties.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

Submitting a service request does not guarantee fiber internet availability at your address. Availability is determined by the relevant service provider and is subject to change.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoodFiber is not responsible for service interruptions, pricing changes, or actions taken by internet service providers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on goodfiber.org, including text, design, and code, is the property of GoodFiber and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
